Individual Online Therapy

Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as therapy done in person.  Sessions are conducted on a secure, encrypted platform. For those who’ve difficulty finding privacy at home, I also offer therapy via phone call.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk and talk therapy is an excellent alternative option from the traditional office setting.  Walking in parallel may allow for easier engagement for some.  Combining exercise, nature and therapy can help clients get ‘unstuck’ when confronting difficult issues and it can spark creative, deeper ways of thinking often released by mood-improving physical movement.

 I offer in-person sessions in the beautiful office space at Work in Progress Mental Health Collective, located at 1304 Dundas St. West.  We are currently following covid protocols and are masked for the time being.
